Returns -  You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Refunds -  Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping - You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping costs for all products are calculated based on their weight and size, in addition to other factors such as the shipping destination and shipping speed. As such, the shipping cost for each painting may vary.

If you are located outside of the US, Alaska, or Hawaii and would like to place an order, please contact customer support for assistance to determine the most affordable shipping method and provide you with a quote for the shipping costs. We appreciate your understanding and are happy to answer any questions you may have regarding shipping fees!
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days and shipped on Saturdays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
